You will need to enter them separately and download accordingly.

If our forms are rejected by the court in your state and you attempted to file the documents within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase we will issue you a full refund.

You will need to send to us via US mail within fourteen (14) days form the date of purchase the forms distributed by the court in your state and/or proof of denial.

If for any reason your prepared forms are rejected and you did not file your documents within this timeframe, we cannot issue a refund.

As this information is offered via a download, we can not issue a refund for any other reason.
